When you request a free site, you give us your business name, industry, city and state, phone number, and email address. We also collect publicly available information about your business — such as your Google Business Profile, reviews, and photos — to build your page.

On the pages we host for you, we collect basic analytics (page views, clicks on call and text buttons) and any contact details a visitor submits through your lead form so we can pass them to you.

We use your information to build and host your landing page, to send you the preview link and updates about your site, to forward leads to you, and to follow up about keeping your site. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with service providers that help us operate — for example our hosting, email, payment (Stripe), and messaging providers — only as needed to run the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may text you about your site (for example, your preview link). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business purposes. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to take down a site we built, by emailing ops@cityside.ai.
