Terms of Service

We build a preview landing page for your business at no cost. The preview is provided as-is so you can decide whether to keep it. You are under no obligation to pay and we will not charge you unless you choose a paid plan.

If you choose to keep and customize your site, you can subscribe to a paid plan. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You represent that you are authorized to operate the business you ask us to build a site for, and that we may use your business name, logo, photos, and reviews to build and host your page. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the claims made on your site.

You agree not to use Cityside for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes, or to misrepresent a business you do not operate. We may suspend or remove any site that violates these terms.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, AI-engine placement, lead volume, or business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cityside is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
